Personal: 2008 graduate of Watertown High School … served as the 2007 football team captain and was a two-time team MVP … named a Daily News Tribune All-Star … played in the 2008 Agganis Classic … also captained the baseball team in 2008 and was team MVP … Middlesex League All-Star in both sports … also earned two letters in track … was President and Treasurer of his class, and was also given the Academic Excellence Award … age as of Sept. 1: 21 … son of Daniel and Nancy Alberico … has a brother, Anthony (20), and a sister, Melanie (11) … grandfather, Frank Destino, played football for the University of South Carolina and was a 23rd round draft choice of Detroit Lions in 1958.
